How Projects Stay on Track

Communication
Project communication happens by email, organized around each milestone, so decisions are written down and nothing gets lost in a text thread.
You'll always know what we're working on, what we need from you, and what comes next. Calls are scheduled when a conversation will genuinely move the project forward. We reply to project email within two business days. We don't offer text-message or after-hours support; that's how we keep focused time for the work itself.
Feedback
Every project includes a defined number of structured review rounds, agreed before work begins. For most projects that means reviewing the direction, the design, and the built site before launch.
Consolidated feedback from one decision-maker per round keeps things moving. Scattered feedback from several people, after the fact, is what stretches projects out.
Timeline
Website Essentials projects typically take 3–5 weeks, Growth Websites 5–8 weeks, and Custom / Authority projects 8–12+ weeks.
Your launch date depends on scope and on how quickly content and feedback come back. If content or approvals arrive late, the schedule moves with them, and we'll tell you how much.
Scope changes
Good ideas come up mid-project. When one falls outside the approved scope, we'll estimate it separately, in writing, so you can decide whether to add it now, save it for after launch, or skip it. Nothing gets added to your invoice by surprise.
After launch
Every project includes a launch-support window for fixes, a handoff walkthrough of how your site works and how updates are handled, and full transfer of accounts and access. The site is yours.
